Our Cuban Style Paellas

All Paellas are Cooked to Perfection with a Caramelized Socarrat bottom in a shallow Flat Authentic Spanish Style Pan (Priced per person not pan size) "Gluten Free" and have a base of Authentic Bomba Short Grain Rice, Seasoned with a Proprietary Blend of Authentic Saffron threads and Spices, simmered in a Chicken Broth (vegetarian option available).
