Agreeing to this full contract assumes your approval of video and photography. 

Photos / Social Media - We take photos of our events and include them in our marketing and social media ads. These photos may include your guests. Please notify us ahead of time if you do not want photos taken.  Feel free to take your own selfies and photos as well and tag us!

Client understands that upon entering this service contract, Tasty King LLC is committing time and resources to this event and thus cancellation would result in lost income and lost business opportunities in an amount difficult to precisely calculate. Therefore, the following cancellation limitations will apply. 

• 50% or $150.00 of the catered food is due to confirm an event (depending which is greater).

• Up to and including 8 days prior to event, 50% of the catered food is non refundable

• 7 days to 5 Days prior to event, 75% of the catered food is non refundable

• Day of event and 4 Days prior to event, 100% of the catered food is non refundable

• 1 to 2 Days prior to event client may reschedule catered food, however perishable items and incurred additional expenses: Additional Expenses: labor, parts, loss of use may be extra. Deposit 50% will be credited toward the new date. If the new date is cancelled then the deposit 50% will not be refunded.

• ** Note refunds are the sole discretion of Tasty King LLC Although an event may be cancelled or rescheduled, Tasty King LLC reserves the right to to allow for consulting and coordinating when or if determining to allow for a cancellation or refund of any amount or for any reason.

Damage / Theft - Equipment damaged by the client will be the responsibility of the client. Replacement cost may incur. Equipment stolen by the client or while in the possession of the client will be the responsibility of the client.

Tips : We like to provide our customers service before they tip. (that's only fair right?) However, our merchant service only allows us tips prior to service or when full amount is paid. There will be a spot on your "Full Amount Due" invoice to leave a tip beforehand. If you choose to opt out of a credit card tip prior and rather leave a tip in person: we can only accept cash tips in person. We are unable to process a credit card transaction for just tips. ALLERGY STATEMENT: THERE MAY BE A RISK ASSOCIATED WITH CONSUMING RAW SHELLFISH AS IS THE CASE WITH OTHER RAW PROTEIN PRODUCTS. CONSUMING RAW OR UNDERCOOKED MEATS, POULTRY, SEAFOOD, SHELLFISH OR EGGS MAY INCREASE YOUR RISK OF FOODBORNE ILLNESS, ESPECIALLY IF YOU HAVE CERTAIN MEDICAL CONDITIONS.
